Komodo dragons is only in Indoensia, right? i think i read that somewhere.
yes, they are indigenous to flores, komodo and other small islands in the vicinity. some are scattered in zoos and safaris throughout indonesia. 🙂

They look old.
the ones in the photos are moderate in size, so i think that they’re quite young as compared to their siblings in the wild.
Did you take these with a zoom lens ? Dont they run around 15mph ?

we were only seeing them from quite a distance. need to travel to flores or komodo islands to see them in the wild (and also from a very safe distance i think). 😮
