a city that can only be appreciated from afar even though i live only 7km from the city centre. i avoid it most of the time because of the traffic congestions unless somebody else is driving. 🙂 thanks yvonne!
glad that you like it dimitri. the photo was shot using the then newly acquired canon s95 compact (my wife’s) and i was playing with the scene functions but it turned out too vivid. so i had to post process a bit for a new look. 🙂

Well he’s half Indian half Egyptian, his parents met in Malaysia so he lived there the first few years of his life.
and i’m sure he’s longing to visit his birthplace again! 🙂
yes! He really is and he always has the greatest memories about it, it really is on our list of places that we would like to visit sooner than later.
