SO cool! What a massive creature!
and friendly too, you can actually pet him on the back! thanks cindy.
Incredible. It’s huge! I wonder if they make good bacon.
surely not as tender as his pinkish cousins.
I have a razer that I’ll be happy to lend him. 🙂
i’d be more than happy to do it for him. 🙂
Amazing that you were able to pet a wild pig that was just hangin’ out on the beach!
yeah, i guess they have no natural predators back there. thanks.
I accept your word that its friendly but I’m not sure I would like to trust the boar!
they came in herd looking for food at our chalet as well, and behaving like cows.
I like the colors in this photo and the way the dirt is flying.
he kept digging and i just stood 5m from him. thank you.
i followed this beast all the way to the beach and he didn’t seem to be bothered; engrossing himself with his digging skills with that superbly handsome snout 🙂
Is that thing a wild hog? Look at his high-heeled shoes…back feet. That made me smile. You are too brave or foolish! Those things run fast! Really good photograph even if you did risk life and limb!
hi george, surprisingly, these wild hogs are tame enough to receive a pet or two on their backs. no kidding!
Get a shot of those high heels. I swear that’s what his back hoofs look like. That would be too funny! A pig in heels! 🙂
you’re right. wow! those legs! 🙂
Ha Ha!!
i love your animal series!!
thank you fiona.
