Beautiful photo, Nitzus.
What a beautiful bird and a beautiful detailed portrait of it! Remarkable!
thank you so much, lynn!
thank you very much, gabriele!
Indeed he is quite beautiful. And your photo has such fantastic detail. Spot on!!!
haha. actually i’m almost out of recent photos to post, and only found the photo this morning while desperately rummaging through old archives. thanks david!
Absolutely beautiful, what great detail in the feathers.
thanks to the cheap but faithful canon ef-s 55-250mm f/4-5.6 is lens. 🙂 thanks dear!
amazing features, great shot.
gorgeous bird and image capture.
Whilst I don’t condone it, I can appreciate the reasons behind Amazonian and other tribal populations adorning themselves with feathers – to be as wondrous would be a joy.
Beautiful image – excellent detail and sense of character.
What a tremendous and showy fellow!
Yes, he is beautiful. The Macaw really is a male, I think, since his head is flat. Sometimes, that characteristic works in identifying the males. He’s really handsome and he is suspicious of you. See his dilated pupils? Step back if he raises the feathers on that head! 🙂
