Wow. I’m trying to figure out how this picture was taken while spinning… I’m impressed!
i just held the camera (using a superwide lens) on my wife’s shoulder, she’s the one who spun the kids around. 🙂 thank you sarah!
Beautiful! Very original!
haha. thank you ana, but actually i was inspired by a series of photos somebody posted on facebook. 🙂
That is totally valid! We get our inspiration trough the world around us (including other people and other posts)! Great pictures!
These are fantastic! Such joy in their faces. You really captured some great movement,
thank you so much megan.
They’r adorable too. How did you get this shot?
i stood behind my wife and held the camera on her shoulder pointing down (and using a superwide lens) towards the kid. using a long exposure, she spun the kid around and i moved along with her. 🙂
Thanks, I appreciate the info! They are great shots & fun to shoot I’m sure.

And forever and ever will you regret learning that. You know that kids have kids, too, and your kids will never forget when you learned that they were spinnable.
“Mommy, can I go out to play.”
“Not right now. Why don’t you go ask grandpa to give you a spin.”
haha. i already set the weight limit for spinnable kids, so i guess i have to set an age limit for spinner grandad now. 🙂
