Great picture and that tree is gorgeous, we have the same trees along our streets here and when they are all in bloom its absolutely stunning, I think they are Jacaranda, if I remember rightly.

Jacarandas *are* beautiful! I didn’t know what they were until fairly recent years, but now am a fan of them of course.
Ahhh! I haven’t seen Jacarandas since I lived in California, many years ago! I still miss those trees.
